Simply Homecooked - Simply Olive Rice

This is one simple recipe that I've learned from my in-laws... it's not the gourmet type that you eat at Thai restaurants but I love it as it's simple and tasty... you can even just eat it on its own without other dishes to go with... ;)


Recipe
Ingredients
1 pot of rice (according to your preference)
1 to 2 tbsp of Olive Vegetable
100gms of cashew nuts (crushed) - you may add more if you like
1 red chilli thinly sliced
spring onions
Method of Preparation
1) Stir fry Olive Vegetable in wok for a 2 mins
2) Add in the rice and stir fry for a few mins till well incorporated
3) You may serve immediately or you may keep warm in the rice pot
4) Serve with chilli and spring onions

Hi Blessed Mum, the olive vege comes with oil in it but you may seive it away if think it's too oily ;)
