Bento #2 & #3

Here are the bentos I've prepared for hubby yesterday and today... :)

BENTO #2 - Soba Noodles
Easiest of all to prepare is this soba noodles... if you like it plain, just have it with nori, some spring onions and dip in soba sauce... I added shredded omelette, chicken ham and some spring onions and red chilli... easy peasy... less than an hour's of prep work.
BENTO #3 - A Little of Everything...
Today's bento required a little bit more work due to the karaage chicken. So what have we got in the bento box today? Onigiri (made from multi-grain rice), stir fried asparagus, mix vege omelette, chicken karaage, chicken sausages and strawberries.

I am super loving bento lunch making... *smile*

Mamabliss, really get inspired by you. Everytime I see your food posting..make me mouth watering. Keen to teach me? Btw how to stick the rice and all those 'hao liao' together? Need oil?

mamabliss said...

hello Joyce, thanks dear... i'd of course love to share with you what I know *smile*... the Onigiri was made from a rice mould (can get them all from Daiso)... no oil needed just make sure the rice is a little more wet than usual... I used multigrain rice for this bento... the previous one i used regular white rice (not the jap rice)...
