Timothy My Boy...

The best way to expend Tim's boundless energy is to allow him the space to run, jump and have some fresh air... and so it was a perfect day for some outdoor fun down at the playground just by our place...

The late afternoon sun was warm but not scorching hot... and fortunately the flat that's facing the playground was blocking the sun... what a wonderful time to play and not get sun burnt... ;)

Tim, being an energizer bunny, wouldn't let any chance of being at the playground go...just look at how excited he was... he was running so far ahead of us... he just couldn't wait...

He busied himself with the slides and he could go up and down the slide umpteen times and not feel a slightest bit tired... thank goodness for my helper... otherwise, I think, I'll be dead by the time he's grown weary of the slide...
Notice his yellow friend? That's his bestest friend, Chicky...and he won't leave home without it... *faint*
His favourite game of the day... none other than blowing bubbles... he was ranting "bubbles, bubbles, bubbles..." even before we left the house...
After all that running around he's finally taking a break from all that fun... the only time he's quiten down... what peace...

Bringing the kid outdoor is not just a time of fun, but a great time of allowing the child to build up on his senses, his motor skills, his observation skills, his eye-hand co-ordination skills and so much more. Though, I'd love to have my own backyard where Tim could run around in and perhaps do some gardening and rear some fishes... but for now, the playground downstairs could just about satisfy this little chap the same (for now)...
